How long does concrete take to cure before I can drive on it?

Foot traffic after 24–48 hours is fine. Light vehicles, 7 days minimum. Give it 28 days for full cure before parking anything heavy on it. We mark the slab and follow up if you need a reminder.

Do you pour concrete in summer?

Perth summer heat is manageable with the right planning, early morning pours, shade cloth, curing compounds, and extra water-reducing admixture. We schedule hot-weather pours for before 8am where possible. What we don't do is pour in 40°C at midday and hope for the best.

What's the difference between exposed aggregate and liquid limestone?

Exposed aggregate is a heavy-stone mix, you wash off the top layer to reveal coloured pebbles beneath. It's textured and slip-resistant. Liquid limestone is a fine mix that dries lighter, reflects heat, and stays cooler to walk on, which is why it's the default around Perth pools. Both are sealed and durable.
